How do I book my rental with SmartKey?

Very easy. Select the destination and the dates you are going to travel, and choose our SmartKey connected car with the Premium plan included.

How do I unlock my SmartKey car with my phone?

Before picking up the vehicle, in order to enjoy the SmartKey connected car service with express pickup, you must:

Scan your documents with your mobile with our Centauro ID service, so your contract will be ready when you arrive for the pickup.
Pay the fuel tank to avoid going through the counter. When you return the car, we will automatically refund the amount of fuel that you have not used. Once all of this is done, to open your car on the day of collection you just have to follow these steps:

1. GO STRAIGHT TO THE SMARTKEY PARKING

Go directly to our SmartKey connected car collection area in the parking lot, with no need to go to the desk

2. FIND YOUR CAR

When you start the collection process from your mobile through the private area, we indicate the parking space number of your car.

3. UNLOCK YOUR CAR WITH YOUR MOBILE AND START YOUR ROADTRIP
