I have rented from here 4 times and never disappointed. U only gotta pay fuel and via verde deposit and overall the prices including the deposits are cheap and cars are all in great condition too! The deposits do take a week or two to reflect back usually but you get it all back. Also, everything is 10times smoother if u have the app

Great experience. I rented a car for the 2nd time in Faro and everything was smooth from pickup to drop-off. Clean new cars with low mileage. Vera and Priscila are very kind and helpful there. Thank you for everything!

Very friendly staff,car was clean and got around 16500 km on the clock. I really don't get all the negative reviews regarding arrogance behaviour by staff. They have been very respect and helpful and even showed and explained us another car as we have asked for an upgrade. Overall, great experience so far.

If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10, but this way it is 5/5. Every step, from booking to returning the car, was quick and professional. We reserved the car through a website that is very clear and easy to use. Since I do not have a credit card, I paid with a debit Revolut card without any issues and got a very good value rental with full insurance included and an additional driver free of charge. The day before arrival, I uploaded the rental documents electronically so that the car pickup would be as fast as possible, which it was. On top of that, the staff were genuinely friendly and professional, compliments to everyone. At pickup, we had to pay an additional fuel deposit in case the car was not returned with a full tank as received. When we returned the car with a full tank, the refund was approved immediately. The return itself was also professional and quick, maybe 10 minutes in total, with no complications. A perfect score. Upon arrival at the airport, we were picked up by a rent-a-car shuttle bus and taken to the pickup/return location. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes to and from the airport, so there is really no long waiting time. After returning the car, the shuttle took us back to the airport as well. Overall, a big recommendation and praise for this staff and this rent-a-car company. As for the car, we received a Ford Focus, which was perfect in both size and power for exploring the beauties of Madeira.
