Excellent car rental company. We hired from rome fiumicino, all inclusive which means no excess charge, no blocking of your credit card. They allow for an additional driver free of charge. Excellent and responsive online service, as well as at the desk. Unbeatable prices too. We recommended them to our son and his friends who hired at Milan airport a week ago. They too absolutely loved them. Look no further.

Totally recommend them! I've took the Premium insurance and this way, you don't have to leave a very big deposit - only the one for the fuel which was 80€. All the cars are brand new and in good condition.

Great experience with Centauro rent a car agency in Pisa. Free minibus transfer from the airport to their office in Pisa. Paperwork and car pick-up - all within 10-15 minutes, easy agreement on everything. Return also, car returned in a few minutes and free transfer to the airport again. No hidden costs, everything is transparent. There is no deposit, only the fuel fee. I recommend this agency to everyone. Thank you!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff for their professional and speedy service. The variety of cars available and the straightforward decision to add comprehensive security for our island trip made choosing Centauro a no-brainer. This was our first time in Sardinia (6 days), and we absolutely love exploring every place we visit. So, picking the right rental car is super important to us. After checking out several options and agencies, we decided on Centauro for a few specific reasons. The overall fleet looked great and pretty new. The car we got, a Qashqai, was practically new with only about 13,000 km on it. The website was easy to navigate, and the whole process was smooth and informative, which made a big difference for us. In short, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We'll definitely be coming back and booking with Centauro again. I hope we get the same great service as the first time and that the staff remains approachable and service-minded. The best rent a car! Great customer servis, a girl working at the reception helped us to cancel and make a new reservation because we booked the wrong date. They were very kind, accomodating and helpful. The car price is also great and the best is that you don't need a credit card or the deposit.

Our experience was very smooth. The car given to us was better than what we paid for; Collection and return was hassle free, as we paid for full insurance. That's definitely worth it. No credit card needed. They only deducted around €100 deposit for the fuel, which was returned and back in my bank account a day after returning the car. Their office is not inside the airport. There is a shuttle service that takes you there in 5 minutes.

I spent about a month and a half researching which car rental agency to use, and finally decided to go with Centauro. I booked and payed directly through their website (highly recommend — don't use Booking.com or any other third-party provider, it's always a mistake). Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, so I called them in advance. They reassured me it was no problem at all, which was a huge relief. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. Since I had already completed everything online, it took less than 5 minutes at their office before we had the keys to a beautiful Opel Corsa. They required a €102 deposit for fuel, which I paid with my Mastercard debit card. They also offered an upgrade for a better car, but I'm emotionally attached to the Opel Corsa, so I didn't take it. The car itself was in excellent condition. We returned it full of fuel and freshly washed. The drop-off process was just as quick and easy — only about 5 minutes. We handed over the keys, they checked the car, and everything was perfect. The deposit was refunded the very next day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Centauro and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you, Centauro!

I had an excellent experience with this car rental service in Bologna Airport! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and clearly explained (by emails)– there were absolutely no hidden costs. The shuttle service was precise and on time, which made the whole process very smooth. The personnel were extremely kind, professional, and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout the rental. The car itself was a new Nissan Qashqai, spotless, and in perfect condition – driving it was a pleasure. Pick up and drop off lasted 5 minutes tops. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great service, friendly staff, and a flawless car – I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience.

  • What is the cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

    There are no cancellation costs with Centauro Rent a Car if you have booked directly with us and as long as you cancel your booking on our website, which is why we suggest booking early to guarantee availability and the best price. 

    Using our booking platform on the website, you can easily cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24hours before the scheduled pick-up time of your booking. After this period, no refunds will be applicable.

    Please remember that we have reserved a car especially for you, if you are not going to use it, this vehicle could be used for another customer.

    In the event of a cancellation, you can choose a coupon to use on future occasions, or a refund of your reservation.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel the reservation directly on our website. Just include the booking number and email address you used when you made the reservation and you then have the option to cancel.
