I think it was the easiest and smoothest car rental I ever experienced and we travel a lot in and out Europe. The price was unbeatable for full cover insurance, really you do not need to worry about anything. The car was good, shuttle to airport without any problem. Definitely will rent again!

Best rental car I've ever rented in. Price very satisfied based on the car types. Pickup car was smoothly and no need for deposit only they charged you 129€ for fuel, once you return the car with full tank then you receive your charge. I have small notice, tires was close to die but not bad. Also they have a bus shuttle to take you from and to airport. I hope it's not the last time for renting with them.

Super cool and awesome staff. Friendly and very helpful. They sorted my check in and check out quickly with zero fuss. On my return the lady patiently waited for me to get my bags and closed my contract and returned the deposit almost in seconds. Will definitely use again.

Great rent a car service, perhaps the best we ever had. The shuttle was right on time and knew we were coming, the reception was waiting for us when we arrived, it took 5 mins to sign the paperwork and the car was ready. Same on return. It's not often you get good service in this industry, this was outstanding. Well done

Excellent Service – 10/10! Everything was so easy from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the service was excellent. The car was brand new, and with the premium coverage, everything was fully covered for total peace of mind. They even gave us an automatic car at no extra cost! This is our second time using Centauro, and we'll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

What a pleasure to finally find a car renting place that is working for customers and not against them. They were giving us super good advices, they are not trying to steal you and you have a car that is not old at all ! The best is that with their full insurance (not that expensive compared to the concurrent) you don't need to leave any deposit :) A great experience that I recommend 100% (special mention to Andrea ahah !) I chose Centauro in Palermo based on their positive Google reviews, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A shuttle picked us up directly from the airport and took us to their nearby car park where the vehicles are located. Since I had completed all the paperwork online in advance, the pick-up process was very quick and smooth. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making everything even more pleasant. We were given a brand new Opel Astra, which was not only comfortable but also very fuel-efficient. Both the car and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended – we would definitely rent from Centauro again!

Really good, nothing to report. Check-in was quick and clear, they briefly tried to sell us their own insurance but in a polite way, not insisting or threatening like other agencies. They simplu charged us a reasonable deposit, as we chose to stick to our own insurance. The car was in great shape. The previous damages were properly indicated. Upon returning it, it was equally good. A quick inspection, a confirmation that everything was fine and the immediate return of the deposit, on the spot. No hidden fees, no scams, nothing. Perfect.

Started off with a little mishap as the car I booked was not available. This is something which I recommend centauro should avoid at all costs. Having said that, everything was sorted quickly and I was also given an upgrade to a larger car. Special thanks to the young lady behind the counter who handled everything very professionally. Always had good service from Centauro, will surely see me again.

Cancel a Booking

  • What is the cancellation policy? Is there a charge?

    There are no cancellation costs with Centauro Rent a Car if you have booked directly with us and as long as you cancel your booking on our website, which is why we suggest booking early to guarantee availability and the best price. 

    Using our booking platform on the website, you can easily cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24hours before the scheduled pick-up time of your booking. After this period, no refunds will be applicable.

    Please remember that we have reserved a car especially for you, if you are not going to use it, this vehicle could be used for another customer.

    In the event of a cancellation, you can choose a coupon to use on future occasions, or a refund of your reservation.

  • How do I cancel my booking?

    You can cancel the reservation directly on our website. Just include the booking number and email address you used when you made the reservation and you then have the option to cancel.
