Love this car hire company. The cars are competitively priced and the full insurance package is a bonus, leaving you with nothing to worry about. You can upload all your documents before you arrive so the wait time is less. The car hire place itself is about 10 mins away but the shuttle bus runs every 15 mins. The cars are mostly brand new are in great condition. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Centauro Rent a car we love you! ❤️ Second time rent with you, and the third on December and I can't wait. The best rent a car company in Italy! To rent a car without excess with a small deposit for the fuel it's just 100% perfect. Just to inform the customers ⚠️ if you rent a car directly with the local company you're smart, if you rent a car with a broker so that's not the smartest think that you can do. I understand you you're on holiday, you want to save money from everything, but you're make reservation to the broker and there's a rules and conditions that you need to read. Writing bad comments without understanding anything or being guilty of something and then blaming the company for doing their job properly is a bit dumb. Thank you!

Rented cars for holidays in Italy with them 3 times in these 2 years. Overall satisfactory and pleasant experiences. It is cheaper than those bigger firms though those bigger ones offer more models to choose from. If returning cars at different places, may not be the best option. Car rental counters not at airport terminal but their vans picking up clients are frequent; simply wait at the car park at the exit of T2 Malpensa. Easy to spot on. Will book again with them.

Good experience, very friendly staff. I booked directly with them on the website with full insurance. I only paid a deposit for fuel (which is normal). Bad deposit reviews are because of insurance sold by brokers. Brokers do not own cars, they only mediate and try to make as much profit as possible by selling 'insurance', but they insure the excess for damages (the deposit), NOT the car. Overall, I received a good car, with small scratches, which are normal for a rental car.

After spending a few hours comparing countless car rental agencies (and almost giving up because of horrible reviews all across the board for Pisa rentals 😬) I discovered Centauro. The reviews here on google finally convinced me. So I ended up renting a Citroen C3 for 4 days. Booked via broker website for car rentals (which also proposed their insurance). Service was excellent. The lady on the desk spoke fluent English and French. An additional insurance was proposed, but I gently refused since I already had one. No hard sale, much appreciated. Also, owning only Debit Cards, it was a rare find that they accepted those for the rental without any additional charges. The car itself was clean and in good condition. Scratches were few and accurately marked on the reception sheet. No technical problems whatsoever. The Drop Off went equally smooth. The proprietary charges on our debit card (fuel and excess for damage) where immediately refunded. And then we were shuttled to the airport. Overall fantastic experience. I would rent with them again any time.

My first experience with Centauro and I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased with their service. The pick-up and return was fast and easy. No waiting time for the bus at the airport, it was waiting for us instead. The pick up process took less than 10 minutes. The car in a very good conditions and as advertised on the website. The return was also easy and quick. The fuel deposit returned on the following day upon my departure from Sardinia which makes the company very reliable and thrustworthy. The staff was friendly and approachable. Overall I had a great experience with Centauro and would recommend to anyone willing to rent a car in Sardinia. Great job guys! Your are awesome!

It's my 3rd time with Centauro ( first in Olbia) and always good experience. I'm choosing this rental over the cheapest ones reccomended by car rental brokers to avoid bad surprises. Thank you again Centauro. BTW I'm still at the airport and my deposit is already back into my account.

We had a small Hyundai i10, and it ran smoothly without any issues. The service was great, and Alex was very friendly. Communication was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this service. After returning the car, Alex even drove us to the train station, showing genuine friendliness and helpfulness throughout the entire experience.

Great experience! Friendly staff, perfect communication, new car (14k km), great prices, no additional taxes or something else on arrival for pick up. Full on full tank policy, full insurance. If you go to Sicily and rent a car, choose Centauro.

Perfect rental company. Just returned from our trip and everything was perfect. The shuttle bus came in 10 minutes and the rental and return process was super quick. The cars are clean and in perfect condition. Definitely will rent again from them.
