To unlock your car on the day of your pick up, you just need to follow these easy steps:
Go straight to our SmartKey car connect collection zone in the parking area without going to our desk.
Start the collection process using your mobile phone by going to your Customer area on our website and access your reservation. Once you have started the process, we will then tell you the parking space number of your car.
Scan the assigned car QR code and open it. Your adventure starts here, #Roadlover!
Very easy. Select the destination and the dates you are going to travel, and choose our SmartKey connected car with the Premium plan included.
