Centauro Rent a Car makes strategic changes at Alicante Airport
Centauro Rent a Car have made some strategic changes to its office located at El Altet Alicante Airport. This location is one of its main branches with the airport being the sixth busiest in Spain for passenger traffic.
The Centauro Rent a Car office has now moved to a key frontline location in the arrivals hall of the airport and now occupies first place on the list of car hire companies available here.
One of the main objectives of the improvements carried out at Alicante Airport has been the commitment to provide easier access and to reduce customer-waiting times. For this, Centauro Rent a Car have introduced significant changes to the customer service provided.
The front line office is now much larger, extended from 26m2 to 55m 2 and with the incorporation of a new queueing system that is more visable to the customer and optimizes the waiting time. Front line desks have increased from 5 to 11 with 3 of them being used exclusively for GoldClub & Premium customers and which completely eliminates any waiting times and offers a quicker service for both our new as well as our frequent Centauro Rent a Car customers.
The huge commitment that Centauro Rent a Car has at Alicante Airport is reinforced by the number of parking spaces which has increased from 125 to 332 and together with a 6% increase of the fleet available for 2016 and the addition of new models such as the Renault Captur Zen Energy DCI, Ford Ecosport TDCI Titanium o Alfa Romeo Giulietta, among others.

The origin of passengers to Alicante airport is 42% from the UK, followed by 12% Spanish market and then followed by other European nationalities such as Germans, Norwegians, Dutch and Belgians.
