Ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig dame, fikk en flott, god bil og en smidig avlevering etter to uker. Har hatt et par skikkelige dårlige opplevelser med andre utleiefirmaer så dette ble en positiv og hyggelig opplevelse og ingen tvil om hvor vi leier bil neste gang.

We had the car for abouth a month, and halfway through we returned to the rental agency to add another driver. So all three times we were there--to pick up the car, the extra driver, returning the car--the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We've been to Valencia twice before this, and both times we had awful rental car experiences in terms of customer service with other agencies. So it was a breath of fresh air to find Centauro! And even better, the price for the car was a great deal. We'll DEFINITELY be using them again in the future!

Excelente servicio a pesar del mal tiempo Alquilé un coche con Centauro durante el fin de semana en Ibiza, justo cuando una vaguada afectó la isla. A pesar del mal clima, todo salió muy bien. El coche funcionó perfectamente y tanto la oficina como el staff fueron muy amables y considerados en todo momento. Muy buena atención y profesionalismo al Manejo de la situación que pasamos — sin duda hacen recordar lo que es reservar con ellos 😊

My husband and I visit Sevilla every year to see his family, and we rent a car each time. This time, we experienced the best service I have ever had in Europe, which was unexpected! On the day we were to return the car, something came up that made us late. Our train to Madrid was at 14:56, and we left home at 14:35, which was a rush. My husband suddenly had an idea and called the rental company to explain our situation. We couldn't return the car to the parking lot as usual, so we requested to park it just in front of the train station, which is opposite the rental shop. If we missed our train to Madrid, we would miss all our flight tickets to Asia, which cost a lot of money. Initially, they said we couldn't do this, and if we did, we would have to pay a fine. At that moment, if money could solve the problem, we were happy to pay! If we lost all our flights, we would have to look for new tickets, and we might need to stay a few extra days for the next flight. In the end, we parked the car in front of the train station, opposite their shop, and gave the key to my husband's mom to return to the rental shop. Ana Belen was incredibly helpful; she picked up the car and drove it back to the parking lot, even though she mentioned she wasn't good at driving manual. Since we were in such a rush, we didn't even have time to say goodbye to my husband's mom, who was crying alone at the train station. When she was in the office, she was also crying there, and Ana helped comfort her. We really appreciated everything you did for us. Thank you very much! This is the best service I have ever had in Europe, and Ana is the best!!

Gassdepotet ble returnert i løpet av et døgn etter at vi leverte tilbake bilen med full tank. Gjør 'leksene' før du leier en bil. Glad vi valgte Centauro i byen og booket direkte med dem. We had to rent a car from Madrid Airport and we chose Centauro for this. Prices were good and the car we rented was a NISSAN QASHQAI which was a really good car. we had to drive it 1300 km with it and didn't made any problem. A special mention is that the staff over there is extremely polite and well intended. we had a great experience with Lucia and Andreea which guided us through the whole process also adviced with the best oportunities. thank you for the best experience.

Expérience parfaite. Accueil par une dame très à l'écoute qui prend le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous surclasse (voiture plus grosse) Restitution: accueil parfait par un monsieur très gentil qui s'occupe de tout et nous envoie immédiatement le contrat de fin de location. Donc vraiment n'hésitez pas même si l'agence est un peu à l'écart de la gare et moins connue que les grandes enseignes, le service est parfait.

Muy satisfecha con todo. Desde el momento que hice la reserva directamente a través de su página web, en la que además la información es clara, lo que contratas se asemeja con la realidad. Recogida del coche muy buena, devolución también estupenda. El coche estaba en muy buen estado. Devolución del pequeño importe de franquicia de combustible prácticamente al poco de devolver el vehículo. Personal atento y eficiente. Muy contenta. Repetiría. Un verdadero placer. Muy agradecida.

Servicio rápido,cómodo y barato. La verdad es que yo alquilaba en otras compañías pero un amigo me dijo que probara esta y se lo voy agradecer. El desplazamiento en transfer del aeropuerto a las oficinas super rápido y seguro, no es un inconveniente. La atención muy amable y el vehículo un austral e una maravilla. Vale la pena alquilar este mas grande por el ahorro en combustible siendo de tecnología híbrida de última generación. La entrega muy rápida y sin problemas una simple verificación y directos al transfer, en menos de 15 minutos todo resuelto gracias a la profesionalidad del equipo centauro. Enhorabuena chicos.

Bra bil, veldig langt ventetid for utlevering av bil. Men hadde mye glede av denne bilen, vi bestilte en Fiat 500 men fik en mye større bil (ikke noen ekstra kostnad) Men mye klager på ventetid og jeg føller at den kan fikser dette veldig enkelt, hadde nok disken men alle jobber sooooooo saaaakkkttte (slowly)
