What is the Customer Code?
It is your Centauro Customer Number which is given to you after your first reservation through Centauro's web, when you finish the "Express Reservation". This information is sent to your email automatically.
I am already a Centauro customer
How can I get my user code and password?
You have two options:

If you are already a Centauro customer and you don't remember
your password, click here and then enter the details requested.
If you get the message "There is not a customer with this User
Code and e-mail address", please send us a mail by clicking
here with your name, surname and your Centauro customer number
or your passport.

If you prefer, you can just make a reservation and enter your Passport or your Centauro Customer Number in addition to the mandatory fields. If you do so, our system will send you an email with you login details (username and password) and your reservation details.
How can I book online with the Centauro web?
You have two options:

You can access through the "User access" area which is at the top of the main Centauro web page. After you have entered your user name and password, every reservation you made will show your personal details fullfilled and you won't have to fill them in again every time you book.

If you prefer, you can make your reservation from the home page of Centauro, by choosing the destination, dates and vehicle you want. After that you will be asked to enter your personal details along with your Centauro Customer Number or your Passport.
Do I need to book through the "User access" area?
No, you don't have to, but if you do so, you won't have to fill in your personal details every time you make a reservation.
Do I need to be a Centauro customer to book with Centauro?
No, we only need your name, surname and email.
